WHAT: A 75-minute recording of our online workshop, designed to help your child dissolve their feelings of stress and worry, and help them learn practical tools to manage their feelings of overwhelm - so that they’re truly able to engage with their learning and participate fully in their exams!
WHERE: Once you’ve purchased a ticket an email will be sent to you allowing you to access and keep the recording so that you are able to look back on all that was shared and replay as much as you like!
WHO IS THIS ONLINE WORKSHOP FOR?
The teachings are designed for children who are 11 - 17 years of age and who are preparing for their exams (SATS, GCSE, etc). That said, parents are welcome to watch along too and children outside this age range will also be able to take away crucial tips and techniques that they can use.

Drop the stress: Together we will explore when your child feels stressed, worried or upset and identify their triggers. In an accessible way, they will be introduced to the functions of their brain, understanding the physiological and psychological effects of stress and the impact this can have on their learning, tests and exams. (Did you know that stress can shrivel your brain? This is definitely NOT what we want!)
Your child will learn powerful tools to actively enhance their resilience, supporting them to stay calm so that they are more focused and responding from a resourceful state - letting that stress go. (Let it go, let it go!)
Mindset Upgrade: Children will begin to gain an awareness of their self-talk and learn powerful tools to shift their negative self-talk to positive encouragement instead. We will explore the importance of mindset when faced with challenges and learn how to shift those feelings of nervousness to excitement (yes, get ready to be excited for the exams!)
Practical tools are shared supporting your child to shift their perceptions, knowing that they have a ‘choice’ with regards to their thoughts and how they respond, placing them in a space of empowerment.
This online workshop is designed to be fun, practical and interactive allowing your child to easily apply the tools taught and putting them into immediate action!
The tools and skills taught reach far beyond the classroom as children apply what they’VE learnED to both their home and personal lives.
