AN ONLINE MASTERCLASS SHARING THE TOOLS AND INFORMATION TO HELP YOU SUPPORT YOUR CHILD TO MANAGE THEIR EMOTIONS SO THAT THEY’RE FEELING CALMER AND HAPPIER
WHAT: A 60-minute Online Masterclass where we’ll be sharing simple yet practical tools to help you support your child’s emotional wellbeing.
Jen will be taking a deeper look at communication and how you as a parent can become more aware of your tone and the words that you use, so that you can really connect with your child to help them feel heard and accepted. This means that they’ll grow in confidence and you’ll also enjoy more connected relationships - it’s a win-win for all!
Together with Natalie, deeper insight will be shared so that you’re specifically able to help your child manage those BIG emotions (such as worry, anger or frustration) in a more resourceful manner and also have the tools in place so that they’re better able to cope with the wobbles and setbacks that occur. This will help your child to develop positive habits when managing their feelings helping them feel calmer and happier (and you feeling calmer too!)

If we want to help our children manage their emotions it really starts with us being able to model this to them AND to teach them ways to speak clearly and confidently. During the session Jen will explore:
Insightful strategies to help you speak to your child so that they feel understood by you.
Practical conversation starters allowing you to support your child to dissolve their big emotions calmly and with ease.
What to do and say mid meltdown to help you keep your cool and support your child.
What every child ultimately wants to feel so that they can feel calm and how you can give that to them
Natalie will dive deeper into the theme of ‘big’ emotions and share practical tools allowing you to:
Really understand what’s going on inside your child’s mind / brain when the emotional outbursts occur.
Learn how to support your child and meet them where they’re at, so that they are feeling calmer and responding from a more resourceful state.
Apply fun, practical and interactive techniques which you’ll immediately be able to share with your child so that they too get in on the fun, learning the tools to help them ‘keep their cool!’.
The session is designed to be informative, practical and interactive, and you’ll also have an opportunity to take home an activity so that you are further able to support your child.
