WHO IS THIS ONLINE WORKSHOP FOR?

The teachings are designed for children who are 11 - 17 years of age and who are preparing for their exams (SATS, GCSE, etc).  That said, parents are welcome to watch along too and children outside this age range will also be able to take away crucial tips and techniques that they can use.

If your child is feeling worried, anxious or overwhelmed about their upcoming exams and could also benefit from some help with everyday challenges such as preparing for a sports event, making new friends or simply speaking up in class, then this workshop is the answer!

During this session your child will learn practical and stress-busting tools so that they’re able to:

  • dissolve their worry and anxiety

  • discover how to manage their feelings of stress and overwhelm

  • stay calm and focused (that means fewer meltdowns, leaving you feeling calmer too!)

  • truly engage with their learning and participate fully in their exams
